Ion heating boilers with heat exchanger STAFOR HE

Ion boiler with heat exchanger STAFOR HE is designed for heating systems, which is impossible to fill with special heat carrier or undesirable for various reasons (the system loses pressure and require frequent feeding, the system is heavily contaminated, etc.). This models of the ion boilers are also recommended for parallel connection to existing heating systems that have other sources of heat.

The boiler is manufactured for on-floor placing and consists of:

1. Metal housing with ground supports;
2. Ionization and heating chamber with the ion heating element;
3. Heat transfer cameras with tubular heat exchanger;
4. Flow pipe connection to heating system;
5. Back flow pipe to heating system;
6. Heat carrier (coolant) thermal expansion compensation camera;
7. Pipe for installation of automatic air vent (bleeder);
8. Socket for mounting of emergency valve (over pressure);
9. Fitting for drain valve;
10. Fitting for mounting of control valve;
11. Fitting for mounting emergency (safety) thermostat;
12. Pipe for mounting of mechanical (control) thermostat;
13. Block with electrical contacts and protective cover.


The boiler body is painted with anticorrosive paint and insulated with foiled heat insulation.
The boiler operates at atmospheric pressure, with natural heat carrier circulation in the boiler.
Work of ion boiler with heat exchanger is controlled by simistor (or thyristor) control panel by temperature in the chamber of heat transfer (from 0°C to +50°C).



Heating boiler can be used only in low temperature heating systems.

Room temperature is controlled by a digital room thermostat-programmator Intellitherm C55.
In accordance with the programmed temperature, it gives a command to turn ON or OFF main heating system circulation pump.
All automatic (control panel) and ion boiler itself operates completely silent, as the boiler work is controlled electronically, without mechanical contact.
